From Pilot to Playbook

A Practical Framework for Testing, Learning & Scaling

WITH JASMINE KASSAM

Founders are constantly trying new ideas — but how do you know which ones will stick, and how do you turn learnings into repeatable success? In this hands-on session, From Pilot to Playbook, we walk through a proven framework for moving your experiments from “what if” to “what works.” You’ll learn how to:

  • Define and design your pilot idea — choose the right experiment and success measures, no matter your stage.

  • Set up your playbook — create structures that turn learnings into operational muscle.

  • Execute with purpose — run tests, track results, and avoid common pitfalls.

  • Evaluate and iterate — know how long to test, what signals matter, and how to use retrospectives to improve.

Perfect for founders, early-stage teams, and innovation leaders who want to move beyond ad-hoc experiments to a disciplined, scalable approach to growth. Join us to sharpen your strategy and walk away with tools you can use immediately.
